Yesterday was the one year anniversary of our adoption of Ginger, so we are calling it her birthday. She's about 2 1/2 now, according to the vet's best guess. Remember, we got her from the animal shelter so details on her history are pretty much unavailable. The boys and I took her to the dog park in the morning, gave her a special Snickerpoodle cookie from Sugars Bakery, and basically tried to give her love and spoil her all day long. We are a lucky family.
